Loyalty Program english language

Article 1.

ORGANIZER

This Customer Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") is organized by: Agrimar d.o.o. Belgrade, Maršala Tita 133, 11272 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

Article 2.

DURATION, PURPOSE AND PLACE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROGRAM

The Program is implemented for the purpose of stimulating regular, as well as new end customers who are loyal to the Organizer's products. The Program runs from January 13, 2018 until it is canceled, and applies to the Agrimar retail store in Dobanovci, as well as the web shop www.agrimar.rs , on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. 

Article 3.

PROMOTION AREA

The Program rules and other detailed information related to the implementation of the Program will be published on the Organizer's website www.agrimar.rs and in the Organizer's retail store in Dobanovci.

Article 4.

PROGRAM RULES

Agrimar loyalty program members can become customers who have made one or more purchases during the last year (one-time or cumulative) on the organizer's web shop or retail store exceeding 100,000.00 rsd and who have completed the consent to join the Agrimar loyalty program, which is delivered after the purchase or registered on the Organizer's website. After submitting the signed consent or registering on the website, the customer is entitled to benefits from the loyalty program.

Membership in the program is voluntary and free of charge.

The benefits of the loyalty program are reflected in discounts for individual items. Items included in the loyalty program as well as the amount of the discount will be defined on the website www.agrimar.rs

Article 5.

PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROGRAM

Participants in the Program cannot request discounts for items that are not defined in these Rules by the Organizer. By participating in this Program, participants accept all these rules.

Article 6.

DATA INTEGRITY AND NOTIFICATION (USE OF PERSONAL DATA)

Personal data provided by the customer will be used exclusively for membership in the Agrimar program and sending notifications about new promotions and items, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If the customer wishes to change the data, cancel or opt out of using the benefits of the Agrimar loyalty program, it is necessary to send a notification via e-mail to sales@agrimar.rs or in writing, by registered mail with the indication "Notice of withdrawal of consent", to the address Agrimar, Marsala Tita 133 Dobanovci (In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law).

Article 7.

IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE

In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and the program participants, the court in Belgrade shall have jurisdiction.

Article 8.

POSSIBILITY OF TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM

Agrimar reserves the right to change or completely terminate the elements of the loyalty program at any time and without prior notice.

Participants will be notified of the termination of the program via the Organizer's website.

Article 9.

POSSIBILITY OF AMENDMENT OF THE PROGRAM RULES

The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Program, for technical, business or reasons related to changes in the rebate policy. The Organizer will notify participants of any changes or updates via the website www.agrimar. rs.
